• If your order is incorrect or has a defect, We gladly accepts refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of the time you first received it, granted that the product(s) is in its original condition

• Items purchased at one of our pop-up shops in bazaars and events can only be exchanged or refunded through our stores, not through any online channel. 
  
• If an item is exchanged or refunded upon customer preferences, product has to be new, unworn with tag and shipping fees will be incurred at time of return, other than first time paid already when order was delivered. In case of refund, second time shipping fees will be deducted from product amount. 

• Exchange & Refund Policy (Sale Items)
  - Sale items are non-refundable.
  - Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order ,subject to item availability.

• To initiate a refund or exchange process, simply reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram messages with your complaint and we will communicate it with the operations and shipping company.

Jude reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any products that have visible signs of wear or tear.

نحن نقبل بكل سرور الاسترداد والاستبدال إذا كان طلبك غير صحيح أو به عيب، في غضون 72 ساعة من وقت الاستلام ، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في الحالة الأصلية – غير ملبوس وغير مغسول و بالتيكيت. لبدء عملية استرداد أو استبدال ، ما عليك سوى التواصل معنا علي رسائل الفيسبوك او الانستاجرام لتقديم شكواك وسنتواصل مع القسم المختص و شركة الشحن.

يجب إعادة المنتجات التي تم شراؤها في أي بازار في حالة الاستبدال او الاسترجاع الي متجرنا فقط لا غير. لان غير متاح استبدال او استرجاع اونلاين للمشتريات الاوفلاين بشرط ان يكون المنتج علي حالته الاصلية و معه التيكيت و الفاتورة. 

في حالة الاستبدال اونلاين تبعا لرغبة العميل, يتم دفع مصاريف شحن للاستبدال غير مصاريف شحن الاولي وقت توصيل الاوردر أول مرة. في حالة الاستلرجاع اونلاين, يتم خصم مصاريف شحن للاسترجاع من سعر المنتج غير مصاريف الشحن المدفوعة وقت توصيل الاوردر أول مرة. يجب علي المنتجات ان تكون في حالتها الاصلية بالتيكيت كما موضح بالاعلي.

 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (العروض والخصومات)

• المنتجات المباعة ضمن العروض غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
• يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال يومين من استلام الطلب، وذلك وفقًا لتوافر المنتج.

تحتفظ جود بحق رفض استرداد أو استبدال أي منتجات تظهر عليها علامات تآكل واضحة أو سوء استخدام.
