To our jude ladies, these are a couple of the most asked questions to be able to help you & please don’t hesitate to contact our team who will gladly assist you whenever possible. 

Shipping usually takes 3-6 working days excluding weekends & official holidays unless there is an issue with the order, then it is communicated with customer and order status updated accordingly. Kindly know that if the address is unclear, this will delay the order delivery time therefore we urge you to write your address in checkout page as detailed as possible.

Please contact us in case of changing your information or cancelling your order on Instagram or Facebook

Please provide us with your order number and a screenshot of your order confirmation on email to be able to assist you and the changes needed to be implemented.

Other questions

As materials are extremely delicate, we urge you to follow these instructions and handle your products with care. For scarves, we recommend hand-washing using cold water separately, and hang to dry. Iron on low heat or steam iron it. Store with similar fabric in a ventilated area. Only use magnetic pins to prolong the product’s life. Do not tumble or wring, do not use normal pins and do not try to machine wash it.

At the moment, international shipping is on hold however stay tuned for announcements once it's resumed.
