Processing Time
All orders within Egypt are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).
Our shipping partner will contact you directly to arrange the delivery time.

All orders are hand-packed and shipped with love from Cairo, Egypt.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

  • Orders are shipped via trusted local couriers.

  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch (depending on your city).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are entered correctly to avoid any delays.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide from Cairo, Egypt.

  • International orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination:

    • Middle East & North Africa: 5–8 business days

    • Europe: 7–10 business days

    • North America: 7–12 business days

    • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Delays & Holidays

مدة تجهيز الطلبات
يتم تجهيز وشحن جميع الطلبات داخل مصر خلال  ١ إلى ٣ أيام عمل (باستثناء العطلات الرسمية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع).
ستقوم شركة الشحن بالتواصل معك مباشرة لترتيب موعد التسليم.

جميع طلباتنا معبأة يدويًا ويتم شحنها بخالص الحب من القاهرة، مصر.

الشحن داخل مصر

  • يتم الشحن من خلال شركات شحن محلية موثوقة.

  • يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من٤ إلى ٧ أيام عمل بعد الشحن (حسب موقعك).

  • سيتم إرسال ايميل تأكيد عند شحن الطلب.

  • يُرجى التأكد من إدخال العنوان ورقم الهاتف بشكل صحيح لتجنب أي تأخير.

الشحن الدولي

  • نقوم حاليًا بالشحن إلى جميع أنحاء العالم من القاهرة، مصر.

  • يتم تجهيز الطلبات الدولية خلال ٥ إلى ١٥ أيام عمل قبل الشحن.

  • يتحمل العميل أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو مصاريف محلية تُفرض من قِبل دولة الوجهة.

  • سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل القصيرة بمجرد شحنه.

التأخيرات والعطلات
قد تتأثر مواعيد التوصيل بسبب العطلات الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية أو إجراءات الجمارك.
