If your order is incorrect or has a defect, We gladly accepts refunds and exchanges within 72 hours of the time you first received it, granted that the product(s) is in its original condition – meaning that it is still unworn and unwashed. Items purchased at one of our pop-up shops in bazaars and events must be returned to the booth, and cannot be refunded or exchanged following the elapse of the bazaar or event.
Shipping fees for refunded items are double the usual amount, as per the company’s policy.
